Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment Policies To ensure availability, we recommend booking services at least 2 weeks in advance. Payment Terms: Payment is required upfront or by the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Zelle, & Cash App. Booking & Payment Policy • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking • We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance • Bookings made within 7 days of surgery are subject to a last-minute fee • Full balance must be paid before or service • We accept Invoice, Zelle, and Cash App Rescheduling Policy • Deposits are valid for: • 20 days (1-day services) • 40 days (multi-day services) • Rescheduling must be done within this timeframe • After that, a new deposit will be required Refund Policy • All bookings are non-refundable • Exceptions may be made at our discretion Additional Fees • Extra time may result in additional charges • Last-minute bookings may include a fee
